Meet on Vibe, LLC operates meetonvibe.com and the Meet on Vibe preview app. This policy covers both.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the city and state you choose, an optional Instagram handle if you share one, and a source tag telling us which surface you signed up from. The preview app has no accounts, photos, messages, or location tracking. Your city is what you tell us, not where your phone is.
How we use it
We use this information to understand demand by city and state, show public city totals without revealing your identity, and send launch updates. If you enable notifications in the app, we may send a push notification for the same purpose.
Retention and deletion
Unsubscribe from any email and we stop contacting you and remove you from city counts. To delete your record entirely, email us from the address you used to join. We will delete it within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Utah, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data and to non-discrimination for exercising them. Email us to make a request. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of state.
Age
Meet on Vibe is for adults. The waitlist and app are not directed to anyone under 18, and we delete any record we learn belongs to a minor.
Child safety
Meet on Vibe prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Anyone can report a concern from inside the app or by emailing safety@meetonvibe.com. See our Child Safety Standards.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people running the service, and we intentionally collect a small amount of information. No online system is infallible, but we use appropriate safeguards to protect what you share.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we post the new version here with a new effective date and notify the waitlist before it takes effect.
