Effective July 18, 2026
vibe (Meet On Vibe, LLC) operates meetonvibe.com and the vibe preview app. This policy covers both.
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the city and state you choose, and a source tag telling us which surface you signed up from. That is the entire list. The preview app has no accounts, no photos, no messages, and no location tracking; your city is what you tell us, not where your phone is.
Counting demand by city and state so we know where to open, showing public city totals (never your identity), and sending you one email when your city opens. If you enable notifications in the app, one push for the same event.
We sell nothing and rent nothing. Data lives with our infrastructure providers (hosting and database, email delivery) under their own security terms, used only to run the service. Public meters show counts only; no personal information ever appears in them.
Unsubscribe from any email and we stop contacting you and remove you from city counts. To delete your record entirely, email privacy@meetonvibe.com from the address you signed up with; we delete within 30 days.
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to non-discrimination for exercising them. Email privacy@meetonvibe.com; we honor these requests for everyone regardless of state.
vibe is for adults. The waitlist and app are not directed to anyone under 18, and we delete any record we learn belongs to a minor.
vibe prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. Anyone can report a concern from inside the app or by emailing safety@meetonvibe.com. See our Child Safety Standards.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people running the service, and we collect so little that our best security is having almost nothing to lose.
If this policy changes materially, we post the new version here with a new effective date and email the waitlist before it takes effect.
